Uthara is an ardent devotee of the World Spiritual leader,      H. H. Sri Sri Ravishankar ji from a very young age. She was introduced into The art of Living at a very young age. She grew up by doing various Art of Living courses. It was The Art of Living which made her realize the spiritual realm of dance. 

  Uthara is a faculty for 'Happiness Program' and 'Youth Leadership Training Program'. She is also a trainer for a special course, 'Sri Sri Natya', a combination of Dance, Music, Meditation and Yoga, designed by Sri Sri Ravishankar ji, in order to revive Indian Classical dance forms without loosing its spiritual essence
